Beginning Monday, April 27, SCDE Driver Training Instructors will offer initial school bus driver classroom instruction each week through the end of May. Classes will be conducted through Microsoft Teams. Students will be able to participate from any location using pretty much any device which can access the internet.

To enroll, students must have a valid e-mail address which they can access (it does not need to be a district issued address). This is necessary to send notifications to join the class and so they can take the end-of-course test in Moodle.

You must complete the attached S-4 School Bus Driver Training and Admission Record electronically and send it to your SCDE driver trainer by noon on the Friday prior to training. S-4 Forms which are incomplete or illegible will result in an enrollment delay.

Sessions will run daily from 8:30 – 12:30 on the following dates:

April 27 - 30

May 4 - 7

May 12 - 15

May 18 - 21

May 26 - 29 

Additional dates or changes to this schedule will be made as needed.
